My left breast feels tighter than my right. I'm lefty and also my left breast is a little smaller.

I had breast augmentation 3 months ago I had one breast smaller than the other it is normal that the smaller breast feels tighter? The small breast is my left and that's the hand I write with. Sometimes it feels like there is more pressure and the implant doesn't have as much room as in the bigger breast.

Hello,What you describe sounds very normal given your pre op size difference. Typically the breasts will even out over time but differences can seem more obvious during healing. Let your Plastic Surgeon know if you have any concerns.All the best

Seems you have had multiple postop issues? Best to only seek IN PERSON second opinions to resolve them. Over the internet will NOT solve these concerns!

Thank you for your question.  Usually when there is a size difference the larger implant is placed on the smaller breast, which the smaller breast has less skin which make the breast feel tighter.  This seems normal but if you have any concerns please address this with you Board Certified Plastic Surgeon so an exam can be done if needed.  Best of Wishes
