It's difficult to give a recommendation without knowing more about what you conisder "mild sagging". You may see improvement with a procedures such as BodyTite which can tighten skin up to 40% using RF technology. You may be a candidate for J Plasma. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. However, in general, the best treatment to remove sagging skin is surgical removal. To remove sagging skin of the inner thigh I would suggest a thigh lift, thigh reduction, or thigh-plasty. To remove excess sagging skin of the buttocks I would suggest a buttock lift or buttock reduction. For the removal of excess skin of the tummy, I would suggest a tummy tuck. To combine the tummy and the buttocks this procedure would result in a 360 circumferential lower body lift. I often combine the 360 circumferential lower body lift with an inner thigh lift or reduction. However, the combination of these procedures completely depends on your health and the comfort of your plastic surgeon’s surgical team.
