It's difficult to give a recommendation without knowing more about what you conisder "mild sagging". You may see improvement with a procedures such as BodyTite which can tighten skin up to 40% using RF technology. You may be a candidate for J Plasma. The best place to begin is a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon near you.
Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon
Thank you for your question regarding the best treatment for mild saggy skin in the inner thighs, buttocks, and tummy region. This question is difficult to answer without a consultation, thorough medical history, and pictures. I would suggest a consultation is in order. However, in general, the best treatment to remove sagging skin is surgical removal. To remove sagging skin of the inner thigh I would suggest a thigh lift, thigh reduction, or thigh-plasty. To remove excess sagging skin of the buttocks I would suggest a buttock lift or buttock reduction. For the removal of excess skin of the tummy, I would suggest a tummy tuck. To combine the tummy and the buttocks this procedure would result in a 360 circumferential lower body lift. I often combine the 360 circumferential lower body lift with an inner thigh lift or reduction. However, the combination of these procedures completely depends on your health and the comfort of your plastic surgeon’s surgical team. Please seek an experienced board-certified plastic surgeon who performs these procedures often.Sincerely, Dr. Katzen. The best treatment for mild saggy skin in the inner thighs, buttocks, and tummy depends on various factors, including the extent of sagging, your overall health, and your aesthetic goals. Here are some common treatments that may be recommended:1. Thigh Lift: A thigh lift, also known as thighplasty, is a surgical procedure aimed at tightening and reshaping the thighs by removing excess skin and fat. This procedure is particularly effective for addressing mild to moderate sagging skin in the inner thighs.2. Buttock Lift: A buttock lift is a surgical procedure designed to lift and reshape the buttocks by removing excess skin and fat. This procedure can help improve mild sagging in the buttock area and create a more youthful and lifted appearance.3. Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty): A tummy tuck is a surgical procedure that removes excess skin and fat from the abdomen while tightening the abdominal muscles. It can address mild sagging skin in the abdominal area, particularly after significant weight loss or pregnancy.4. Non-Surgical Skin Tightening: Non-surgical treatments such as radiofrequency therapy, ultrasound therapy, or laser skin tightening may be effective for mild sagging skin in various areas of the body. These treatments stimulate collagen production, resulting in firmer, tighter skin over time.5. Body Contouring Procedures: Depending on your specific concerns and goals, your plastic surgeon may recommend a combination of surgical and non-surgical body contouring procedures to address mild sagging skin comprehensively. These may include liposuction, fat grafting, or other minimally invasive treatments.6. Lifestyle Modifications: Adopting a healthy lifestyle, including regular exercise, maintaining a balanced diet, staying hydrated, and avoiding smoking, can help improve skin elasticity and overall skin health, which may reduce the appearance of mild sagging over time. It's essential to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon to determine the most suitable treatment options for your individual needs. Your plastic surgeon can assess your concerns, discuss your goals, and develop a treatment plan to help you achieve the desired results effectively and safely.
