What is wrong with my eyes/eye area? Please excuse eyebrows, all the salons are closed! (Photo)

First your eyes are very pretty. You don't really need to do a thing and they are already more attractive than most eyes. What is going on is subtle. For that reason, so not let a well meaning surgeon make you feel bad and cause to to make a very unfortunate choice. Messing with the lateral canthus and attempting to make the eye more "almond shaped" has the potential to damage the appearance of the eyes and in an irreversible way. You do have very early ptosis, eyelash ptosis and a compensatory eyebrow elevation that is subtly asymmetric. I think if you do anything it might be a very thoughtful anchor blepharoplasty with stabilization of the anterior levator aponeurosis. Study the video I am attaching below. 

You may benefit from lower eyelid retraction surgery with canthoplasty to make eyes more almond shaped. Need more detailed personal evaluation. See an expert.

Hi greetings from the UK! I've got to agree with Dr Steinsapir too. I don't think your eyes look abnormal at all. Yes you do have a minimal degree of asymmetry with a tiny degree of ptosis affecting YOUR left upper eyelid  but that's pretty normal to have a degree of asymmetry.  
Put it this way, if you'd attended my clinic I would have tried to reassure you that everything looked pretty normal, that they look great and individual to you. I'd strongly try dissuade you from having anything done at all.Having said that though, Dr Taban's work on almond shape eye surgery/ lower lid recession and lateral canthoplasty does look beautiful too.
