I would recommend a series of Laser and/or Morpheus 8 for improving skin laxity and surface texture. Depending on how your neck appears, erbium or C02 would be recommended to treat surface static lines and tightening. This has about a weeks downtime. My first to go to non-surgical neck treatment is botulinum to the platysma bands. If you have horizontal lines as well, it's best to consider injections with biostimating filters like Radiesse.
