Deflated saggy chin options? (Photo)

Question

I had chin liposuction twice in 6 months 3 years ago and was never happy with the results. The second time was because I voiced my disappointment in the results to my Dr. It basically deflated my chin and revealed my large salivary glads and bulging muscle and underlying fat beneath my tongue. One consult suggested an open chin z-plasty to cut out tissue. Just looking for some input on what other Dr.'s might feel my options are whether it's surgical or non-surgical. Facelift? Necklift?

It looks like the "salivary glands" may actually be fat that was not completely removed. I know you said you had liposuction twice but one more time with a power assisted device and also removing the fat from the jowl area along with cutting the platysma bands and skin tightening would give you a nice correction.
