i had my hump shaved and septum fixed. my tip dropped originally and my surgeon raised it up. i noticed hard bumps on the side of my nose and inbetween my eyes im wondering what these are and when or will they go away? also my septum is still not straight and looks uneven and i am not happy with it being so straight And is there anything i can do about this now? any chances of it dropping? i also feel like my nose is tilting evertime i lean my head side to side?

Thank you for your question. Most colored sutures are permanent. Some colored sutures may be dissolvable, but typically lose color with time. You should schedule a follow up with your surgeon and show him/her these photos just to be sure that all is well. Best of luck!
