The roundness of my nose has always bothered me a little. It's already quite small. Is it possible to change the shape to something a bit more angular without reducing size?
Answer: Correcting roundness of the nasal tip Hi,Thanks for the photos,I do think that the tip of your nose is out of proportion with your other features, and agree the overall the "size" of your nose does not need to be made smallerAll rhinoplasties need to be about balence and proportion, so no two procedures will be the same. A procedure needs to address your concerns, and in this case a procedure that address the bulbosity of the tip while not decreasing the overall size of the nose will be the answer. The next step is to have a formal assessment of facial proportion at a consultation, discuss yuor concerns and goals and plan a tailored rhinoplasty from thereAll the bestJeremy Hunt

Answer: Can I make my nose a little less round? Preferably something a it more classic. Thank you for your question and images. From the images you have provided you do have a rounded bulbous nasal tip particularly noticeable from the frontal view. Your profile view demonstrates a good balance and transition through the upper, middle and lower thirds of the nose but overall it is on the smaller side. Yes, a rhinoplasty that addresses the rounded and bulbous aspect of your nasal tip can be performed without reducing the overall projection of the nose. If you do decide to have a rhinoplasty you may want to discuss options of a genioplasty and sub mental liposuction which will help define the features of your lower facial third and improve your facial harmony. You may also consider some fillers in your tear troughs to reduce the tired appearance. Discuss you options with a plastic surgeon but overall you are a good candidate for a rhinoplasty.RegardsDr Guy Watts

Answer: Rhinoplasty Thank you for your question. Performing a closed rhinoplasty is an appropriate surgical procedure to refine the tip. The goal is to make your result aesthetically pleasing and proportionate to your facial features. Recommend a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon for their guidance.

Answer: Rhinoplasty and chin implant candidate The bulbous tip can be reduced and made less round. The bridge line of the nose can also be narrowed. The photographs also demonstrate a weak chin profile, for which a chin implant can improve. For many examples, please see link below

Answer: Tip Rhinoplasty I think that is a good assessment of your nose from what I can see in your photographs.Your dorsum or bridge of nose looks to be the right height and the relationship to your tip seems fine but your tip is slightly bulbous.Limiting your rhinoplasty to refining your tip is certainly possible and in your case appropriate.I suggest you see a rhinoplasty surgeon preferably with 3D simulation to show you what changes can be made to your nose.Best wishesRichard
