Can I get a good result with liposuction or do I have too much flab after babies? I'm scared of being left with bumps and loose skin etc

Liposuction will remove volume, but not tighten skin tone, and if the tone of the skin has been lost through pregnancies then the result of liposuction may well be loose skin, and this will need a tummy tuck of some description. Answer: Liposuction enough if you have good skin elasticity It’s hard to say which would be suitable based on your photos alone. If you have good skin elasticity, then liposuction would be sufficient. If you have lax skin, indicated by sogginess and stretch marks, then a tummy tuck would be better. Generally speaking, women who’ve had children tend to be left with saggy skin, and a tummy tuck would be more suitable.
