Im 26 5ft3 67kg 2 kids.i am the heaviest i have been before although when i was 55kg the mons pubis was very enlarged still. I do have a gut but my main concern is my pubic area,so i would have lipo on just that area if i could.
Answer: Mons lipo Thanks for the question, if you were having a tummy tuck I would do a direct excision of the fat below the mons because there is way less swelling. Liposuction in the mons area does work but expect a lot of swelling that will extend down to the vagina

Answer: #liposuction Hi. If it is just the mons area that bothers you then liposuction is the technique of choice and will give you a good result. A full or mini tummy tuck can be performed at the same time if desired.

Answer: I have a very fatty enlarged mons pubis. I was wondering if liposuction would remove fat or is a mini tummy tuck needed? I personally think liposuction in this area would be a great option. YOu should have a nice result from this as the overlying skin looks normal and without stretch marks. Minitummy tuck is used to address excess skin of the abdomen but many surgeons don’t address the mons region at all in that process.

Answer: Large mons pubis Yes it is possible to just perform liposuction of the mons. This results in quite a lot of bruising & swelling but can have some great results, even if done in isolation. You don't appear to have a huge amount of loose skin in that area, so should get a good result. It is frequently combined with an abdominoplasty, but can be done alone.All the bestKim
