Dear Jessica3314,tuberous breasts are not simply small or underdeveloped breasts. The appearance of the breast can range from mild to severe, and typical traits include: enlarged, puffy areola, rather wide spacing between the breasts, very little breast tissue, sagging, higher than normal inferior breast fold, and narrow base at the chest wall.The type of surgery best for you will depend on the severity of your condition.My preferred technique for tuberous breast correction involves a multistep procedure where the breast tissue is released in a radial pattern to prevent herniation into the areola and placement of a custom implant size is in the breast to allow appropriate expansion of the breast in the restricted dimensions. This can often be done in a single procedure but sometimes may require two surgeries.That said, it is best that you visit a board-certified plastic surgeon for an in person examination. You have tuberous
breasts and I recommend a modified Benelli approach.  Using a circumareola incision, your breast
tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest
wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. 
At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed through

Hi,You do have tuberous breast and this will be regarded as medical problem by Medicare. The solution to your concerns would be a breast surgery to achieve 2 breast of the size and shape you desire.Being a medical problem it is likely that Private insurance would cover costs such as hospital and operating theatre, as well as some of the surgical and anaesthetic costs. Hi Jessica. I'm sorry you do not like your breasts. This is a very common issue affecting many women and one that can be successfully addressed with plastic surgery. It does appear you have tuberous breasts and you'll likely nee a combination of breast implants and a breast lift.For best results, see board certified plastic surgeons in your area.Good luck! Hi.  I'm sorry you are unhappy with the appearance of your breasts, but the good news is that yes, they can be improved.  Your breasts are tuberous.  At the very least, you would need implants to improve them with some internal releasing of the fibrous band that is keeping your breast bases from expanding naturally.  You also may benefit from a breast lift but I would need an in person exam to make this determination.  I don't know anything about the Australian Healthcare System finances and as such I don't know if they would pay for this or not.  Best of luck to you!G. I do believe you have elements of tuberous breast deformity, including high inframammary crease, constricted lower pole and herniation of breast tissue into areola. This can be corrected with breast augmentation in conjunction with scoring of lower pole for better expansion. I would consult with a qualified plastic surgeon for a formal evaluation. Best,

Hi Jessica - yes I do believe that you have tuberous breasts.  I'm sorry to hear how unhappy you are.  There are several surgical options to address your concerns.  Depending on where you live a local public hospital with Plastic Surgery services may be able to help (but there is likely to be some waiting list time for an appointment and for surgery).  The best first option for you is to see your GP and discuss your concerns with them, and hopefully they can then help guide you to an experienced surgeon nearby.  All the very best

Based on the photography, it appears that you have Tuberous Breasts.  The classification of this condition is the Grolleau system.  It is correctable with implants and tissue rearrangements usually in stages.  It should be covered by insurance as it is a Reconstructive breast procedure.
