It's too early to judge your result today as a final result. I believe things will improve in the drop and fluff stage. Discuss this issue with your plastic surgeon. Best wishes and congratulations!

and congratulations on your recent breast augmentation. Your breasts appear to
be healing well and your augmentation results look wonderful. At four weeks
post-op, there is still much healing left to do. Swelling can take six months
or longer to resolve. As your breasts continue to settle on your chest, you can
expect your results to continue to improve. That being said, the amount of
upper pole fullness you have will not change. If, after six months, you are
still not happy with the overall appearance of your chest, you could consider a
breast augmentation revision using a higher profile implant. I suggest reaching
out to your operating surgeon for his/her advice and recommendations.

Thank you for your question.  You are in the very early stages of the healing process.  Breast implants can take 6-8 months to settle and get to their final results .  I would recommend holding off a little bit and let the implants settle down more.  Address any concerns you may have with your surgeon.  Best of luck to you. 

Hello and Great Question.  I appreciate the time you are spending researching this procedure.  My name is Dr. Matthew J. Nykiel.  I am a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, a Fellowship Trained Cosmetic Surgeon, and a Cosmetic Breast Augmentation Specialist.
You have beautiful results.  You are still very early in the post-op phase.  Healing, swelling and breast settling will take any where between three to six months to get close to their final appearance.  I would say to give it time.

Hi!  First and foremost, I think your result is great!  Yes, there is some squaring off of your lower pole but that should improve with more time.  What will NOT improve with more time is your lack of upper pole fullness.  If you really feel you need more fullness you would have to change out to  a different implant.   Which implant you would require depends on what type of implant you have in currently but in general terms a high profile round implant will give you the most upper pole fullness.  I hope this helps answer your questions.Best of luck to you!G. It’s too early to know at this point. It takes a good 3 months for things to settle and the swelling to resolve enough to get a real sense of what your final results will look like. Unfortunately the breasts don’t tend to get fuller as the healing process continues. You may actually see further flattening. If you are really concerned then book a follow up with your surgeon so they can reassure you. Best of luck! 

Dear princessdingbat,I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery.Daniel Barrett, MD

or get fuller... but your situation was challenging and if you kept your upper pole fullness, then you would have snoopy nipples.  You have achieved a nice, full, relatively natural look.  If you wanted the round upper poles. a lift will likely be needed... and even that is not permanent.
