I have a resting heart rate of about 90-95 per minute. Although some may consider that normal, it can go up to a little over 100 at times. I got it checked out and i dont have any serious medical conditions. However, will this effect my breast augmentation if i get one? (Complications since it leads to bleeding?)

Your best course of action would be to schedule an appointment with your board certified plastic surgeon for an in person examination and a detailed discussion of your condition. Since BA is an elective procedure, it can be delayed until you are 100% in perfect condition.
