Dysport treatment to crows feet 2 weeks ago: I look horrible! (photos)

Question

Since getting it done my crows feet have dissapeared. I had dysport treatment to my crows feet 2 weeks ago and I look horrible!! Since getting it done my crows feet have dissapeared but now there a big hollow bags under my eyes and extra tissue sitting on top of my cheeks. Now when I smile it all bunches up under my eyes and my cheeks look big and puffy. There are deep defined creases between the hollow bags and my cheeks and it's bumpy where the extra tissue is sitting. What is going on????

My guess is you're now noticing all these problems because the Crow's feet have disappeared. You were hyper-focused on the Crows and now they're treated you're seeing some hollowing. The good news is a dermal filler can help and you should go in and talk to your injector. Always compare before and after photos when you can.

Thank you for the question and pictures.   You have the effects of too much Dysport that was injected too low on your crow's feet.  When you smile, your cheek raises.  Getting treated with neurotoxin should not change this elevation of your cheek.  The bunching of skin where you see it is because that skin has to go somewhere when you smile, and it used to be distributed along your Crow's feet, but now it is taking the new path of least resistance, under your eyes.  This will wear off in the 3-6 month time period that neurotoxins usually take.  Good luck!

The intention of putting Dysport  on the outer corners of the eyes is to relax those lines when you smile. Dysport does not treat the lines you see right under the eyes. As everyone ages, we lose fat in our cheeks and could look flat. Filler could be used to help the lines that you are seeing now.
