Can custom facial implants achieve this look? Jaw (Photo)

Question

I don't have a pic of me for reference but, just generally, can this look be achieved from custom jaw/facial implants? I have been reading what Dr Eppley says about custom implants, and I get the feeling that they can achieve virtually anything you desire. This would be a huge huge change to my current jaw, but is it possible with custom implants? (or atleast, very similar) This guy in the picture, colton haynes, has in my opinion the perfect jaw/chin area. thank you all

The change achievable will depend, in part, on your starting jaw structure and how it relates to the midface/zygoma region, for example. But, yes, customized implants can really alter the contours significantly to obtain a 'chiseled' look. The overlying 'thickness' of the skin/fat can affect the definition, but it can  be overcome.
