I had a chin implant and revision rhinoplasty 2.5 weeks ago. Happy with nose although very swollen but chin implant is huge. My Dr custom carved an implant from a silicone block which wraps around my mandible all the way to the back. 3mm of projection at the front and 5mm on the wings each side which I wasn't told pre-op. I now look really boxy and have complete numbness of the chin & lower lip. Was placed submentally. Will feeling in my lip come back? How long until I can have it removed?
