No chin and/or jaw! I never noticed in my 20's or 30's but now after years of missing upper and lower molars are taking their toll. About to have a sinus lift for implants, braces are on the remaining teeth, but the damage seems done.

Answer: Jaw I think your lower jaw just didn't grow as much as it should have. Jaw advancement (Orthognathic surgery) would resolve your issues. You most likely need braces before though.
