It is hard to say what exactly happened (missing teeth plus soft tissue loss) but you appear on these photos like someone who has smaller jaw and chin. Augmentation of chin with an extended implant as well as mandible angle augmentation may be the way to treat it.You should consult an experienced board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options and to coordinate your surgery with your oral surgeon and dentist. I think your lower jaw just didn't grow as much as it should have.  Jaw advancement (Orthognathic surgery) would resolve your issues. You most likely need braces before though.
