The answer is simple.  Go online to the particular hospital's website, get the main number for the Plastic Surgery Department and call them.  But why are you leaving Austin?  There are a number of excellent, board-certified plastic surgeons in Austin.  Are you thinking you can get a big discount on the price?  You might.  Some teaching programs (but not all) do have a resident clinic where cosmetic surgical procedures are offered at reduced prices.  However a resident will be performing the surgery. That is not necessarily bad, but the result will depend very much on that resident's level of experience with the procedure.  Good luck.
