Answer: Tummy tuck Dear Yummi, Thanks for submitting your pictures. Indeed Yummi, no weight loss will help you to achieve your goal of getting rid of your skin folds and tightening the muscles. Many of my patients also lose a significant amount of weight due to their inability to eat as much after the muscles tightening which also reduces the sense of hunger. Obviously, if you lose weight, it will enable the surgeon to tighten the muscles more without causing you complications. I always recommend to my patients the book 'sugar busters' that helps them to lose weight and it is based on low glycemic index food that reduces the secretion of Insulin and consequently reducing the hunger. Always consult with board certified plastic surgeons and check their before and after pictures to make sure that you like the results. Also, make sure that the pictures are numerous and consistent. Best of luck, Dr Widder

Answer: Tummy Tuck It appears, based on your photos, that you are a good candidate for TT . Keep in my mind-- Abdominoplasty addresses excess skin-- so once you're examined fully and evaluated by the Board Certified Plastic Surgeon-- he/she will know better how to proceed -- provided you're medically cleared for the surgery
