Nipple inversion surgery. Happy with results, but swelling will go down?

Most of the swelling will resolve 4-6 weeks after treatment, affording you a better long-term view of your results.  The possibility for inversion remains because of the risk of scarring, but this is less likely after surgery.  I know it is difficult but hang in there and allow your results more time to mature.  Best wishes. 

Congratulations on undergoing the procedure.  Glad to hear that you are recovering well, and pleased with the results so far.  But the question you ask really should be directed toward your surgeon.  Not all inverted nipples are the same, some are tightly inverted and require more dissection and fixation, and others are simpler to correct.  Know that it is not uncommon for the nipple to flatten a bit over time, but again your surgeon can comment more.  Hope your recovery progresses well.

Thanks for your question.  Yes, your swelling should settle down in about 4-6 weeks.  I know it is difficult to be patient, but it will get better.  Refer any specific questions to your operating surgeon, because each patient's nipples are different--how tightly recessed they are, etc.  The most difficult part is the waiting, but be patient and I'm sure all will be well.
