Getting lipo for bigger boobs

I think the concept that you have to "put your life on hold every decade" is probably too often.  While any one individual may have some issues, on average most people probably have maintenance surgery a lot less often than that. I do not think that removing fat elsewhere will change your breasts.I also suspect that your statement that you can tell if a woman has implants MIGHT be that you notice bad implants, or huge implants, or other things....as someone who puts them in, I sometimes have a hard time telling if a woman has them or not, when done well.

The concept of performing liposuction elsewhere to make your breasts 'appear' larger is actually a valid one.  The laws of proportion are very important in liposculpting and when making waists and flanks smaller many of my patients look fuller in their breasts.    Your concern of needing surgery every 10 years if you had breast implants is possible very unlikely. It's a common misconception that implants are supposed to be changed out every 10 years - this is false.  Depending on your shape and size desires, it is entirely possible to have breast implants and not 'be able to tell'.  You might want to look in the newer, anatomically shaped implants like the Natrelle 410 implants for a more natural result.

It is true that making surrounding areas smaller can help make an area of concern appear larger.Still, this is a somewhat unusual proposed approach to perceived breast enhancement.I am somewhat puzzled by why you would consider having full body liposuction but not breast surgery.My best guess is every surgeon who addresses your question will steer you towards having breast surgery and not full body liposuction.One option you may want to consider is the BRAVA technique.Best of luck,Mats Hagstrom, M.D.
