Fat bags on corner of eyes and bleph recommendations? (Photo)

Question

I've never seen someone who has similar bags as mine! They’re on the outer corners of my eyes, not the tear troughs. When I smile the bags under my eyes are large, but I’m more concerned with my appearance when I'm not smiling. I’m now in my 40s and the bags are getting larger and are very noticeable. Would it be recommended to just have the fat removed with a lower bleph? From looking online, it seems removal of the fat bags plus filler in the corners to avoid hollowness would be best

This is the best method to remove troublesome fat pseudoherniation from the lower eyelid.  It can be done in the office under local or IV sedation

HelloIt is not an uncommon problem. You can have transconjunctival blepharoplasty for only lateral fat.

There are three compartments of fat in the lower lids, and from this one limited photograph, you have herniated fat in the  outermost lateral compartment. A better determination can be made while looking straight ahead into the camera and post another photo. In our practice, we remove these fat bags through a trans-conjunctival approach with the incision completely located on the inside of the eyelids. It is performed under a brief general anesthesia as an outpatient procedure
