For significant improvement, hooded eyelids require surgery if there is enough skin. For nonsurgical treatments: Radiofrequency (Thermage or Venus Legacy/Viva), injectable fillers, and a Botox brow lift can help contour the eyebrows and lift the eyelid skin. You have mild upper eyelid ptosis that can make your eyes appear smaller. Surgery is the definite treatment, but there is a new FDA approved eye drop called Upneeq which does lift the eyelids temporarily. I do not believe it is a good long lasting solution, but you may want to try it.
The outside corners (lateral canthus) of your eyelid are slightly lower that the inside corners (medial canthus). This is called "negative canthal tilt" which is a normal variation seen in eyes. Unfortunately, the only way to change this is with surgery.
