Advice on dissolving filler + risks for cosmetic procedures with suspected EDS? (Photos)

Bright356768
I am 37 years old, female, with FXPOI/premature menopause and have recently come to suspect I have some type of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome or Hypermobility Disorder. My problem is I have booked in for a combined Endoscopic Temporal/Brow lift and either a Transoral Midface Lift or a Deep Plane Facelift at the end of December 2025 in Turkiye. The pre-surgery requirements also include dissolving some filler in my nasolabial folds. I have anxiety around both the dissolving of the filler and the surgery itself. I am waiting to see my rheumatologist (frankly confused how he never thought to consider this diagnosis) but given the tightness of the timeline I need to understand the risks if the diagnosis is confirmed. I understand that its likely results would not last as long on me but more concerned about disfigurement/mortality than the durability or the results, though its still a concern, just less so. Also wondering if there would be issued with being under general anaesthetic? I am approx 105 pounds and 160 cm, I have very fair skin and do bruise easily. My skin does appear to have excess laxity/hyperelasticity. I really need to dissolve the filler ASAP if safe to do so as it looks awful and needs to be done minimum 2 weeks before the surgery. The filler used was RHA4, but I am terrified of the possible damage and then potentially finding out the surgery is not safe for me. Any help is appreciated.
