Can I achieve a more lifted, rounded look and have excess skin excised with a revision?

It is possible to do a revision with either a circumareola lift, fat transfers or switching out implants, if that is something you would want to do.

Your own tissue has sagged with your implants remaining in place. An examination is needed to see what can and cannot be done. However, using the vertical incision below your nipple, excess skin can be removed. Your nipples may still be in good position, but measurements are needed,
