51, 5’5 180 female. I had a breast reduction years ago in 2006 and 2 years ago I had implants put in 800 cc saline. I had a revision done one year ago because the left side keeps falling down keeps drooping. My breasts are very uneven and I want to get them fixed and wanted to know whether or not I need another breast lift without removing the nipples because they are perfect to me and new implants. Can you please advise me.
Answer: Breasts Your 800 cc implants are way too large and heavy for your tissue and will not stay up over time. I would suggest going smaller and redoing the lift to remove excess skin. Otherwise, your implants will sag more with time. Please do not go larger.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear neptina, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Implant revision Thank you for the question. You have already have multiple breast surgeries, including large implants. Given the complexity of the issue, an in-person examination is needed, including discussion of your goals and expectations. I wish you the best of luck. Vasileios Vasilakis, MD. Double board-certified, fellowship-trained plastic surgeon, Houston. TX.

Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method 800 cc implants weigh almost 2 lbs each. If you are having problems with the implants falling to the side and drooping breasts then I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained, if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Bottoming Out / The Original Internal Bra Good afternoon, You do have some bottoming out, asymmetry and some lateral displacement- I'm sure they fall off to the sides when you lay down. I correct bottoming out and lateral displacement with the Original Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique, which will also improve your upper pole fullness and cleavage. I first developed this technique over 20 years ago, and today it is the most common revision procedure I perform, at least 5-6 times a week- it works and it lasts! You do not need another formal lift where all of those scars are opened back up- not necessary in this situation.
