I don't see anything in the laboratory work-up that would preclude you from having a breast augmentation. Your red blood cell count is just slightly higher than the normal range. That's not concerning. It just means that your body has made a higher number of red blood cells than "normal." Your hemoglobin and hematocrit are similarly on the higher side of normal, but that's not bad. You may have been a little dehydrated the day your labs were drawn. Again, yours is slightly lower than the "normal range," but not to a concerning level. The mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC) is a measure of the density of the red blood cells' hemoglobin. It just means that your red blood cells are not concentrated or packed with a much hemoglobin as most of the population. (To compensate for that, your body may make more red blood cells, which would increase your red blood cell count - which is what I think you're seeing in your labs). Overall, based on these results, there shouldn't be any concern with proceeding with a breast augmentation.
