Hi, I’m currently trying to see if this is even possible. I am a deflated 38C. I would love to avoid a lift if possible. I am 100% ok with my nipple not moving I just want to be full on the bottom and natural. My priority is a natural sloped look with rounded lower fullness. I prefer implants only if possible and I do NOT want a high round upper pole. Thank you!

Unfortunately, post pregnancy changes the breast. As such, Implants without a lift will fill your upper breasts but your nipples will still be very low and tissue will sag over the implants.

If you are very opposed to a lift, then a dual plane or fully above muscle, larger gel implants would give best possible results. You will have a more natural upper pole with gel rather than saline implants.

An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon is recommended to further discuss your best options and expectations.

If your nipple is below the crease when looking in the mirror a lift would be needed. It appears that way from the pictures posted. If this is the case, implants alone would not be possible. Thanks for your question! You may find a surgeon willing to perform a breast augmentation without a lift, but in my personal opinion, I would not do it. Your breasts will be fine in clothing but look abnormal out of clothing. Your nipples are far below your inframammary fold and should be addressed WITH an implant to get a nice, natural look.
