One year ago I had breast implant and lift. 255 and 240 cc. I am 32, 5’3 140 lbs. My original breast was a D cup so I did not want to go larger, just the upper pole fullness. One year out, they still look saggy. The side profile is great. Is the nipple too low? Is a revision needed? I feel like my breast tissue is falling off the implant.

Answer: Inadequate lift You have waterfall deformity, and will need a revision to correct that as well as poorly placed nipple position. If you are looking for a more idealized breast shape, you should remove and replace your implants for larger and have more of a reduction of natural breast tissue with the lift.

Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method The lift you had was inadequate because the breasts are still low on the chest wall and the implants are high. At this time, I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
