My chalazion is still there after having two incisions and a steroid injection (Photo)

I still have a lump on my top eyelid after having surgery and a steroid injection. The first incision was underneath the eyelid which decreased he size slightly. About a month later, it was very red and inflamed so my dr gave me a steroid injection. This resulted in another white cyst like lump appearing about the lump. The dr removed the contents of the white lump and cut the original chalazion again but nothing came out. Will this lump ever disappear? The last surgery was three weeks ago.
