Any recommendations for a good nasal Implant brand?

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  If you are looking for an implant for dorsal augmentation, you may also want to consider diced cartilage wrapped in fascia.  This can avoid many of the potential complications of a nasal implant including infection, extrusion, and malposition of the implant.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

Hi.  I have used ePTFE implants from Surgiform for many years.  These implants are superior to silicone implants as they are softer so that they don't cause bone erosion as the firmer silicone implants do.  I have used many hundreds of these and never had an infection.  They are very well tolerated.  There is just the right amount of tissue ingrowth into the implant to keep it in place, but not so much that it is difficult to remove an implant. 

In the US, Implantech makes good implants in my experience, but you should ask your surgeon about their opinion.
