5 days post op rhinoplasty, I think my stitches are infected? (photo)

Although the photos are limited, it appears that your sutures are not infected, and this is part of the healing process.  I would relay your concerns to your surgeon, as he or she will likely want to be apprised of the situation.  Infection in the nose is rare, and usually accompanied by redness, tenderness, drainage, etc.

Based on the photos provided it is difficult to determine if the sutures are infected. However, if you are feeling uneasy do not hesitate to call your surgeon so he/she may address your concerns.

It's difficult to tell from your photos. Since you're concerned and experiencing what you think is pus, I advise following up with your surgeon. While an infection is unlikely, it can sometimes occur.Sincerely,

It's impossible to tell from the photos, but you make good points!
I would go in for a visit. Sutures in this location can be removed after 5 days. I do this to minimize scarring.
For now, use Neosporin twice a day. Make an appointment with your doctor for examination and removal.

Based on the photos you have provided, this does not appear to be an active infection.  However, the ability to diagnose infection from a picture alone is limited.  If you are very concerned, please see your surgeon.
