At home peels like cosmelan, enlighten and aerify along with dermarolling (MTS roller with anteage MD ampules) should be started now. There are many things you can do to treat under eye hollows and dark circles. A surgical option to remove skin and/or fat will such as lower eyelid blepharoplasty with or without fat pad repositioning will be the best long term. There are many things you can do to treat under eye hollows and dark circles without surgery. Non invasive less downtime options such as fillers (Belotero, Juvederm Volbella​), lasers (Moxi/Halo/Fraxel/CO2​), Renuvion (J-Plasma), microneedling/PRP, stem cells and microneedling RF like Fractora PiXel8 or Morpheus can all help give some improvement. Accutite can often be used or stronger lasers like erbium or co2 spot treatment can tighten the skin and give very quick improvement in wrinkles and texture. The bags beneath your eyes and hollowness in the cheeks can be treated with lower eyelid blepharoplasty. The cheeks can also be augmented with many different types of fillers on the market. See an oculoplastic surgeon in person to help you make the right choices. 

You may want to talk to a doctor to see if fillers may work for you. Maybe talk to them about Belotero, or what other fillers they recommend. this is something that you do not need surgery for unless it is necessary

Thank you for your questions and photographs.  You have many options available to you to enhance your appearance, this can include fillers for a temporary (3-4 months) effect so that you can judge the results without a lifetime commitment, fat grafting for a permanent method to fill in hollows, and lower eyelid surgery that permanently removes any excess fat causing your lower eye bags.  Stop in and see a board-certified plastic surgeon who can examine your face in detail, and can listen to your requests, to give you the best treatment options.

As you have, what is frequently called, a typical "Eastern Face" (by my Korean and Chinese plastic surgeon friends), the following may apply to you:1. Conservative: a conservative approach would be to use fillers at your lower eyelid-cheek junction and also to get cheek augmentation to change the three-dimensional projection of your face. Botulinum toxin into the masseter muscles can give an impressive narrowing to the lower part of the face/jawline, which is a useful adjunct in Eastern faces. 2. Aggressive: Korean and Chines plastic surgeons carry our aggressive mid facial advancement together with jaw surgery to change the three-dimensional appearance of the face. This is usually staged. If you consider exploring this route, you would be wise to seek our someone who has extensive experience in this. I know several surgeons in Korea and China who are very well-versed in this approach. I am sure there are some in the States, but you would need to seek out the most experienced with this type of surgery. The jaw line bulkiness can be improved with cosmetic botulinum toxin injection and often this can represent 6 months of improvement before you need re-injection.  The more difficult task is finding a talented injector to perform these services.

It looks your under eye dark circles has mainly to do with hollowness, which can be greatly improved by filler injection.  Lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition is another option if there is enough fat (bags) but probably not in your case. See an oculoplastic specialist.

I believe the best long-term answer for the fatty protrusion of the fat under the eyes is a lower blepharoplasty with orbital fat re-positioning. This procedure decreases the strong under eye shadows. Thereafter, fillers can make up the remaining volume with consistent results.
