Can I make my eyes more almond shaped or narrow by plastic surgery? (photos)

You have slightly bulgy eyes with resultant mild lower eyelid retraction. It is definitely possible to lift the lower eyelids to achieve more almond shape but it may require initial orbital decompression to reduce eye prominence too. Best to see an oculoplastic surgeon. Note you do have nice eyes so be sure if you want to go through with it.

Your problem is that your analysis of what is going on is wrong.  It is going to cause you to have a disastrous surgical result because some surgeon may actually operate based on what you are asking for even though it is not right.  You fundamentally will not benefit from lower eyelid surgery. The issue with the upper eyelids is that you have very early ptosis causing you to lift the eye brows.  As a result you lack a full subbrow hooding for the upper eyelid that would make the eyes more "almond" shaped.  Upper eyelid surgery removed skin and that will be a big problem for you.  A careful consultation would determine if supporting the levator aponeurosis would allow the eyebrows to relax down helping with the sub eyebrow area of the upper eyelid.

Correcting the eye bags and mild moderation of eye shape are possible and can be done at same operation.  Seek multiple consultations from several plastic surgeons and decide what is for you.    My Best,  Dr C
