Had partial TT & augmentation/lift 3 yrs ago. Needed a revision to resolve upper abdomen skin crease/scar tissue. (Board certified) Dr didn’t use a drain in revision and additional scar tissue/crease resulted in the same area. Proposed solution is to now remove scar tissue and use a drain + seprafilm to prevent adhesion and scar tissue. Researching but find no info re: use of seprafilm in plastic surgery. Would appreciate any insight as to safety/efficacy etc. of it for this purpose? Thx!

An in person examination is needed to determine the nature of the bulge that concerns you. If it is primarily fat, then the area can be improved with liposuction. If it is loose skin, further excision will help. Visit with a board certified plastic surgeon for an evaluation.
