I had my rhinoplasty 3 months ago, and ever since the cast removal I have seen/felt a sharp bone on one side of my bridge. My doctor asked me to wait it out as it could be swelling, however, to this day it is present and even appears to be more noticeable as swelling has gone down. My doctor told me that he can shave it down easily in-office in 3 months (which makes it 6 months post-op). I have a little bit of bump of the right side as well but it is not sharp. I'm really worried.
