I had a rhinoplasty almost a year ago and I am unhappy with the way the base of my nose /infratip lobule/ and nostrils look. To me the nostrils are very triangular and the columella is too flat/flush with my nostrils. I think my nose looks very artificial and a bit pinched. Is it possible to fix the shape of my nostrils /base of nose/ columella to give a more natural appearance?
