Filler or revision to treat my pinched tip? (Photo)

Had tip done, the doc must have shaved too much of nose because 2 months in I started seeing bony “pinched tip”; dents on the side of the nose , and it’s getting thinner and thinner . Not sure my breathing is better than what I had . Will the temporary filler work to smooth the pinched tip look while I wait for revision? Or it’s waste of $. Also my side profile shows that my nose has been scooped up and no definition. Don’t trust my doc and won’t let him touch my nose ever again

Answer: Filler is an common practice in such cases, but I wouldn't recommend it.
