Filler or revision to treat my pinched tip? (Photo)

Hello! For a pinched tip, you could try filler though I wouldn't recommend it. Filler is temporary and can be pricey. Plus, you can't control exactly the outcome of where the filler is placed and the result ultimately. There is also a risk of vascular compromise and damage / scarring to the underlying tip skin. If you really want permanent improvement, I would suggest waiting for a revision. An open revision would allow precise tip work to eliminate the pinched effect. Temporarily injecting fillers while waiting for surgery to correct the pinched tip is a common practice. However, the filler itself has side effects, and especially when injecting around the tip of the nose, the probability of that side effect is relatively high, so I personally do not recommend the use of the filler in this situation.The pinched tip, long nose appearance, and supratip bulging seen in your nose can be sufficiently corrected through revisional surgery.
