Filler or revision to treat my pinched tip? (Photo)

Hello! For a pinched tip, you could try filler though I wouldn't recommend it. Filler is temporary and can be pricey. Plus, you can't control exactly the outcome of where the filler is placed and the result ultimately. There is also a risk of vascular compromise and damage / scarring to the underlying tip skin. If you really want permanent improvement, I would suggest waiting for a revision. An open revision would allow precise tip work to eliminate the pinched effect.
