My nose is basically sideways, the vertical line is extremely slanted . I have never broken my nose that I know of, so I'm not sure why it's like this or if I was born with it since I didn't notice it until later in life. Can this be corrected easily with rhinoplasty but is this an especially difficult case?

This involves a rhinoplasty to make the nose smaller and prettier, and a septoplasty to straighten the septum which improves the crooked appearance and may improve the airway if there is airway obstruction. You use the word“Easy“. Nothing about Rhinoplasty or septoplasty is easy or guaranteed but in competent hands the percentages are extremely good.
