What causes a sideways nose like this & can it be corrected with surgery? (Photo)

thefarrahmonster
My nose is basically sideways, the vertical line is extremely slanted . I have never broken my nose that I know of, so I'm not sure why it's like this or if I was born with it since I didn't notice it until later in life. Can this be corrected easily with rhinoplasty but is this an especially difficult case?
