Effect of deprojecting The nose on the front view: deprojecting the nose usually involves primarily the bridge and tip. when the bridge is deprojected ,this is done by removing the hump. This makes the nose appear wider at the moment. However the nasal bones are there infractured to narrow the bridge, in which case it may then be about the same as before or even narrower. when the tip is deprojected it will make the nostrils slightly wider. This will show in the front view . however if the nostrils are excessively wide a national tuck could then be performed to correct that.
