I had a open septoplasty / rhinoplasty 7 months ago First off my nose is still crooked and he did not adjust my nostrils as requested The nostrils one is higher and they are Second is I developed a bump right above the top on left side It’s a small pimple like bump but is not sore and will not go away Third my hand slipped with an object in it and in unfortunately hit the left side of my tip My tip has still been completely stiff 7 month post op I now have a dent . Will it

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can understand from your photos your nostrils is not even and there is something wrong about the nose tip. For fix them you need revision surgery. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best Regards
