Damaged tip 7 months post-op. What are my options? (Photo)

I had a open septoplasty / rhinoplasty 7 months ago First off my nose is still crooked and he did not adjust my nostrils as requested The nostrils one is higher and they are Second is I developed a bump right above the top on left side It’s a small pimple like bump but is not sore and will not go away Third my hand slipped with an object in it and in unfortunately hit the left side of my tip My tip has still been completely stiff 7 month post op I now have a dent .
