I've had: - 3 open rhinoplasties 1 closed revision with alloderm (seemed to cause this dent and make it more red) I've been told I have parchment thin skin Tip dip not bleed when poked I'm not willing to do fillers Very open to nano fat injections The dent is the biggest concern but also nostrils still uneven and whole nose too thin especially on left side Can this dent be really fixed in a closed revision? Can thickness be added like can you do temporalis fascia close
