Is it possible to add a reverse abdominoplasty to breast revision and implant replacement?

I’m scheduled to have a breast revision and implant replacement In the near future. I’m curious if it’s possible to add a reverse abdominoplasty to this planned procedure and, if so, what the average cost would be just to add it. Thanks very much in advance for your thoughts and comments!

Perfectly feasible, however I'll have you know that the so called reverse adbominoplasty is not actually said abdominoplasty but a mere partial dermolipectomy (skin removal) from the upper third of the abdomen, allowing to smoothen ONLY the supraumbilical region and NOT allowing any muscular repair, mons pubis tightening or associated maneuvers, plus the very visible scars at both submammary creases and more explicitly visible at the cleavage and sides of the chest, beware of all this before moving forward.

I understand your concern. It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others.

Because a reverse abdominoplasty uses a scar across the inframammary fold, it is the same as where a it would be for a breast lift but connecting across the middle. I do this frequently. Costs will vary of course depending on a lot of things.

In my hands, reverse tummy tuck tends to have a negative effect on the breasts more often than it does a positive effect on the upper tummy.

A well-done tummy tuck with lipo should sculpt your upper tummy area.
