Asymmetry is normal, no woman ever had equal breast and total symmetry is non achievable with plastic surgery or other methods.Your result con be much better, criticisms:-implands exceed by far the maximun horizontal sizing available in your chest, hence showing side protrusion-they are eccentric from the nipples-they are round profile prostheses, hence looking fake-they seem to sag (bottoming out) due to poor fixation to the ribcage, maybe they are smooth or nanotextured? I recommend:-chossing better implant width, customized to your chest (as large as you wish, but the with taylored to you)-anatomical shaped prostheses-polyurethane coated implants if you wish to guarantee their fixation
Your breasts are asymmetrical in volume, shape and position. Your nipples are at different heights. Your implants are wider than your chest wall and are mechanically unstable. You would benefit from smaller implants and a revision with possible lift. You will need the capsules plicated laterally to prevent the implants from dislocating laterally.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Thank you for your question. You have developed some mild to moderate breast asymmetry. Your breasts are still very attractive. The question is whether you are submuscular or subglandular. Implants placed on top of the muscle tend to descend much more quickly after surgery. At some point, you will need a revision to improve your symmetry. I would recommend an internal bra/capsulorrhaphy versus repositioning under the muscle and possibly breast lifting. There certainly is no rush. Best wishes to you.
