What would a revision involve to fix my asymmetry? (Photos)

MartiCo
Hello Doctors, I am 6 months post of from UTM augmentation. I really like my results (although in insight I wish I had gone smaller) and have had a smooth recovery. There is some asymmetry that is definitely partially due to my pre-existent asymmetry, where my left fold sat higher than my right one. I believe this got accentuated by the augmentation, and I cannot pinpoint if my right implant is slightly bottomed out or if it’s just following my anatomy. The implant line is almost one inch under the incision. The big question: to reach symmetry, would it be better to lower my left pocket to match the right (I would be ok with that look) or would it be better to try the internal bra + other options to raise my right pocket? Thank you for your help
