Did my implant collapse? Would under-the-muscle implants prevent this from occurring again? (Photos)

I’ve had these over-the-muscle silicone breast implants for a little over two years. Around 7 months ago I noticed that the external side of the left implant had “sunken” in. For around a month I had this issue alone and then gradually the area around it became somewhat hard, like a mild capsular contracture. The implant still feels somewhat soft and very moveable, but when u squeeze the implant there is a permanent dent on the side that caved inward. The area that feels hard is somewhat ridge-like and poked out of my shirt now. I’m obviously going to have to have them redone. Has anyone seen anything like this before? I don’t even know what to call it. I’ve had an MRI and it came back completely clear. Would under-the-muscle implants prevent this from occurring again? I should also note, as I feel it might be a clue to what happened, that I have immense animation with these implants even thoughtthey are over the muscle. When I flex my right chest muscle, the implant that is not warped takes on a similar shape as the one that is warped. I’m wondering if flexing my chest during workouts somehow contributed to this. I did not have any trauma to the implant. I’m so paranoid this is going to happen again if I get them replaced. For reference, I am 5’7 and 115 lbs. The implants are 225 cc smooth silicone. I had larger, saline implants under the muscle many, many years ago but explanted with full capsulectomy and lift years before I had my current ones placed.
