Breast implant shape is not perfectly round. Will this need to be fixed? (Photos)

The non standard photos impede an accurate assessment, with a grain of salt I could say asymmetric Wise patterns is the underlying cause, I perceive the vertical branch of the Wise patter (anchor scar) is shorter on the side that's misshapen, this might be the cause; solution is lowering the submammary crease to allow expansion of the lower pole according to implant dimensions but... this leads to an horizontal branch scar higher than the submammary creas and hence too visible; to prevent this you necessarily have to move to anatomical shaped implants, which have the maximum projection point at a shorter distance from the lower edge; in other words, that pattern was designed for an anatomical implant and not for a round one.

Additionally, do not ever again get those meshes and mattrices, that's anti biological and unsafe.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

What you are describing—where one implant does not appear perfectly round unless the skin is adjusted—is fairly common after revision breast augmentation with lift, capsule repair, and internal mesh support. A few key points:
Skin and soft tissue coverage: The way your breast skin drapes over the implant can create temporary asymmetry or minor shape irregularities. Pulling the skin back, as you mentioned, can make the implant appear more round.
Healing and settling: At 6 months post-op, tissues are still remodeling. Full soft tissue relaxation and implant settling often take 9–12 months.
Implant position and pocket: Minor differences in the pocket or tissue support on each side can make one implant appear slightly different in shape.
No pain or hardness: The absence of discomfort or capsular contracture signs is reassuring.
In most cases, this is not a cause for concern and does not require revision surgery at this stage. Monitoring over the next few months is appropriate, and the shape may continue to improve naturally as the tissues settle.
Of course, any sudden changes, pain, or hardening should prompt an in-person evaluation.
