I'm having a revision on my my flanks in which I had a tummy tuck and lipo to my flanks. Any suggestions?

What else would need to be done besides cutting the flanks out to give me a more athletic look? Also their is a bulge at the top of my buttocks going across it, what needs to be done to get rid of it? and wanted to know, Once my flanks are cut out will that give my buttocks a more masculine look by not being so flat? I'm having a revision on my flanks and instead of lipo I'm having them cut out and stretched almost like a tummy tuck.
