Can I take phentermine after lipo?

I have PMDD & I binge on junk food once a month right before my period. I always gain a few pounds and then I spend the next few weeks trying to lose it and exercise. It's an endless cycle for me. I am not over weight, (5'4/130lbs) so my doctor prescribed adipex for me to take 5 days before my period. I had lipo of the flanks done 2 weeks ago & my period is due in 2 wks. Can I take adipex next week? I am 100% healthy & healing nicely.
