Developed Fupa and Scar Tissue after Lipo surgery. What needs to be done to fix both problems?

I Developed a Fupa after Liposuction, it feels like I have a very thick layer of scare tissue infront of my whole abdomen. I also believe that I have scare tissue fused to my Diaphragm because its hard for me to breath sometimes when I talk. Please tell me what should I do. This is very frustrating!!! And it’s been 4 years after surgery!!

Although the risk is very low, it could not be stated to be zero as fat embolus has occurred with liposuction alone.

First off, 2500 cc is 2.5 Liters, a good amount.  Three weeks is way too early to worry, as you most certainly are still swollen.  Allow at least 4-6 months to pass before worrying about final result.  Best of luck!
