they seem to be real square and high up even tight i don't even know if I should be massaging them yet. I am in day 6 post op. And am getting a little nervous ab my results i had 500cc right 575cc left mentor moderate plus profile saline under muscle. Did I go too small?
Answer: Implants look too small after surgery When implants are under the muscle they are basically squished against the chest. This makes them look high, flat, and artificially small right after surgery. It can be very misleading. Not only have I seen this with patients, but I also experienced it after my own breast augmentation. Over time, your pec muscle and skin will stretch. One month after surgery, the volume above the breast will settle lower, and after 3 months the bottom of the breasts will become round and full. Around 6 months after surgery, your implants should look and feel soft and natural, with your implant centered behind your nipple. It's definitely too early to evaluate your result regarding size or shape. If you're anxious, things like implant massage or a bandeau strap can sometimes help implants settle. But they aren't appropriate for every patient, so make sure to discuss this with your surgeon before doing anything.

Answer: Early result Thank you for your pictures. Your implants should round out in the next month or two. The swelling will decrease, the tissues will soften and the implant will settle into their typical position.

Answer: Implants may appear to ride high for several weeks after breast augmentation. The breasts look abnormal but this is not uncommon shortly after breast augmentation particularly if placed below the muscle. Be patient and stay in touch with your plastic surgeon.

Answer: Is it normal for my boobs to be so square & nipples to point down? I want them to round out and be a full C at minimum. Still very early but I am concerned about the very high riding implants with small inferior pole distances and to high inframammary crease. If after 3 months still too high you will need revision surgery, sorry.

Answer: You did not go small Your implants are not too small and a bit too big for your breasts. Your before breast show constricted breast and low position of the nipple/areola complex.I would recommend that you see you surgeon for evaluation and possible application of breast straps. You need to wait up to three months to see if implants move lower.
